You will not find these methods tested by Brain Bench, Prove It, or any other testing site using textbook exam methods. It is a waste your money and your candidate's time. If you are not sure how to test the skillset of your prospective staff, then I might even suggest that you are the wrong candidate to be managing them or selecting them.
